WL Benefits’ US based call center serves as the single point of contact for all your employees’ benefits needs. We become a transparent extension of your organization, with the ability to answer the many benefit questions your participants ask, freeing your HR team from the burden of constant inquiries.  We provide helpful, courteous, and professional service to active employees, employees on leaves of absence, retirees, and COBRA participants.

With regular hours Monday through Friday, our Benefit Coordinators offer your plan participants fast, easy access to their benefits information.

By documenting and recording every call, we help keep track of call statistics and your employees’ benefit issues, so you can continue to assess your plan design and still keep your finger on the pulse of employee concerns.  Benefit coordinators can help participants while “online” through our integrated telephone and computer system and transfer them to other benefit plan providers when necessary.
