We become a transparent extension of your organization, with the ability to answer the many benefit questions your participants ask, freeing your HR team from the burden of constant inquiries. With regular hours Monday through Friday, our Benefit Coordinators offer your plan participants fast, easy access to their benefits information.

Benefit coordinators can help participants while “online” through our integrated telephone and computer system and transfer them to other benefit plan providers when necessary.
